Guys, seriously. Take a little look around Central - it's easy to find the streets. Sure, it might be hard to find a building, but all you gotta do is skim the streets. That's what I do. Normally, I just stroll through the streets, looking at the blue labels for Toon buildings. If you don't see it, take a more alert and certain view at every Toon building. You'll find it eventually.

By the party planning area, and it has the daisy gardens sign on it. And you can't miss the massive sign on top of the tunnel saying "Silly street".
