"shoot the vehicle and it will shut off". shoot it with what? taser? pistol? taser will do absolutely nothing to a car. the leads/wires will just bounce off the metal. pistol will most likely not shut off a vehicle instantly. most bullets cannot penetrate the engine block because the lead is so malleable. therefore you cannot seize the engine. shooting critical components will only cause the engine to die slowly, like the radiator for instance.

research!! taser is not always immeediately effective. i watched a guy get it twice. he was high and just grabbed the wires and ripped them out and kept going so they did right. those cops want to go home at the end.
