I've been trying to decide whether to get back together with my girlfriend after she's cheated on me. I'm disappointed and sad but I still love her. This is helping me to get over her. Me and my ex were really inlove. But sadly i started pushing her away do too other problems at home. When I felt like I could care again, she dumped me . Thats not whats broke my heart, what broke my heart is that one week latter she kissing another guy, just to hide the pain of our past relationship. She cryed infront of me and kissed me, then the next day she was off with some one else. Just cause he says sweet stuff, she thinks he cares more. My heart has been smashed. We date forover a year

Thank you. Thank was very encouraging and it gave me hope. My girlfriend dumped me almost a month ago. I'm still torn and hurt by it all and i'm desperate to get over her and be myself again. Videos like this make me feel that things will get better.I just have to try. :(

@carolinlovecoach Yes. I'm so anxious for the day where i can feel like me again and not have to constantly think of her. She said once i'm over her we can be friends. do you think it is a good idea for ex partners to become friends? she really does stress that she doesn't want me out of her life and would like for us to be friends. We ended because we were long distance for 2 years. She lost interest and couldn't deal with not seeing me and made herself move on to another guy.

Dumped just this morning. I feel so awful and I have no idea how I'm going to get through the coming days, especially because the man who dumped me is a close coworker whom I must see every day. I just want to die. I want to take some time off but I can't. I can't get away from him, I can't contemplate feeling good about anything or even concentrating on work. I have no idea how to get through this. I can't eat, I am too anxious to sleep.
