  • amazing

  • WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY?.....WONDERFUL!!!!

  • nice......

  • The level is so high that it is completely distorted and clipped. The best way to destroy good music.

  • Blue Note was such a great label

  • snoop dogg- intro the blue carpet treatment

  • Marlena's "G R E A T !" I have loved her since the early 70's. "Loving you is like a party" and "Go away little boy" and her version of , Feel like making love to you", are the BOMB!!!!! You are right! Whomever said it. She is a Classy, Jazzy. Hidden' Gem!

  • Feels like I'm watching an old James Bond movie. LOL I like this.

  • @KuttyJoe ...hahahaha..i was just thinking she had that powerful Goldfinger type punch to this piece. then i looked down and saw your statement...

  • beautiful!!!!

  • Suave, very nice. Dream on, dream on, we keep on dreaming, what does it all mean.

  • You cried when we kissed

It was nothing but shadow and mist

Two illusion who touch in a trance

Making love not by choice, but by chance

To a theme we tore from their past

To a tango we swore was their last

    We are shadows of dance

    As long as we're nameless

    Our bodies are blameless

  • We are two illusions who touch in a trance Making love not by choice, but by chance We don't exist We are nothing but shadow and mist In the mirror we look as we pass Our reflections revealed in the glass Don't you know that the blood in your veins Is as lifeless as yesterday's rain It's a game where we come and conceal The confusion we feel As long as we're nameless Our bodies are blameless
  • Wow, very nice rendition! Thanks!

  • Great version, thanks for posting, such rich orchestration. Marlena, sultry!

  • well, the english lyrics are rather melodramatic but good attempt in America, given the nature of this haunting melody. France, Italy, Argentina.. an amalgam of LATIN energies! Unforgettable or rather, haunting. No?

  • Yes, I wholeheartedly agree, Alex. Andy Williams really does an outstanding job on this song (from his 1973 Solitaire LP). Shaw is good here, but her interpretation is too jazzy and free form, losing that haunting melancholy of the original Barbieri theme (and of the film).

  • ...our bodies, blameless..

  • i love discoveries....i love it.

  • First time I've heard this track. Top shagging music. Brill!

  • the "jamming" in the background is from Gato Barbieri's original soundtrack for "Last Tango in Paris"

  • Great

  • there's this weird synth thing going on in the background, am i tripping out? it sounds like some synth-funk dude jamming out over an orchestral soul jam.

  • This song is jammin.

  • Wonderful voice. Great rendition of an excitng song! You go girl!

  • great unique style.

  • Best voice ever !!!!!!!

  • Bom!
