  • Cliff Robertson was the last surviving villian from the Batnan TV Series.

  • its the beginning of the radio series Adventures of Superman. Was also used in the 1940's Paramount cartoons.

  • @luccaskunk "Look up in the sky! It's a bird..." is the opening line to the George Reeves Superman series.

  • @singingcpaguy67 It was in the Superman animated shorts way back in the '40s, albeit in a slightly different form.

("Up in the sky, look!" instead of "Look, up in the sky!")

  • "SHAME---!" How did he know that message was for him?

  • So, Ben Parker was really an outlaw.

  • Superman just flew by thinking if regular people without powers want to pretend to be superheros, then the idiots deserve what they got.

  • Cliff Robertson also played JFK

  • "Surrender Dorothy"

  • Another nod to Superman is in the 1966 Batman movie when the four Bat villians are referred to as Super villians in the scene at Commissioner Gordon's office.

  • @Superbatfa How exactly is that a Superman reference?

  • That's Cliff Robertson, folks. Peter Parker's Uncle Ben Parker playing a Batman villain.

  • No shit! You know I never knew that.

Thanks I thought he did a great job in SPIDERMAN

just like Glen Ford playing Pa Kent in SUPERMAN 1978

  • shame honey it's a trap don't go...... you bet it's a trap only this time I'm the

trapor & they're the trapee, Fred get the

police on the phone & tell em that Shame

    is coming back.

  • What I don't understand is how Batman got that entire message up so fast without having to go back and refuel and/or reload the spray.
