You are right they must be dead by now since that number is registered with Red Cross in 1998 and there is no possibility for prisoners to live now in that country where azeri,turkish or foreigners are killed and their blood sucked, internal organs traded to medical institutions abroad or transplanted to armenians by terrorists and bloodsuckers whose act can also seen on this video as well.
