He's Balance... With good gear it's better most of the time to stay in Boomkin form and dps while low on HP. Healing is optional lol :P

Bartender and Bongos are very popular ones

All the basic ones essentially do the same thing but there are more advanced versions

Try googling "wow addon action bar" and see what comes up
