@BulKorCal Yep, when the song came out Joel Veitch acknowledged that she was actually launched by Khrushchev (I think). If I remember correctly, his reason for using Stalin was a combination of artistic license and the fact that Stalin was seen as a far more fearsome/awesome ruler.
