It's sad to see the employees of a respected conglomerate such as American Airlines give credence to the fears of one ignorant lady and in turn "punish" innocent people in order to please her. The blame should go to the crew on that particular flight for outweighing the rights of six members of a minority over the "rights" (and I put it in quotation because she has absolutely no legal basis for her claim that they should be deplaned) of one prejudiced member of the majority.
