How to fix Flash Player crash--adobe flash keeps crashing

wow wtf i was searching for youtube flash player crashing because every vid i watch on youtube is green screen then crashes, i find this youtube vid and clicked it, then realising i cant watch it cause flash player crashes... But it worked o_O, i can see the video for some odd reason.
