I agree with the others on this, that Allan's dying and such in this episode was the worst thing in this show. I cannot believe they killed him off so stupidly and horribly. why should he have to die? he was my favourite!!!! and... i officially care much less for the entire gang because of their distrust in him... i think i cried more for Allan than they did.

as much as i love the sheriff and missed his snide sense of humor....Allan didnt need to die. @SpicyBG is right, it was wrong on so many levels. he didnt get to deliver his message that the sheriff was back, he didnt die in defense of anyone, his was a wasted death. i also dont like how fast issy went crazy and im not a fan of archer...or kate. i do love the new improved guy tho, his character is the sngle most developed in the entire series, all 3 seasons.

In my opinion, Allan's shunning and his death was the most tragic thing that ever happened on this show. He died alone, with no chance for a reconciliation with his "family", as John called him just the episode before he calls Allan a traitor and tries to strangle him on the sayso of their enemy.

Now Robin and co, I want you all to feel REALLY bad! :(

Hate that ive stuck with this show for a third season. Its so messed up, and i thought season 7 in Gilmore Girls was a disastor. This shows that you cant replace the original writer. This is more RobinWood than the RobinHood show i fell for

Allan's death was meant to be mindless and meaningless. Vaisey just killed him for the sake of it, with perhaps an ulterior motive of stopping Allan from warning Robin of his (Vaisey's) prescence. But that's like real life. Sometimes you don't get a chance to say a proper goodbye to people before they die and sometimes you never get to make up with them after a misunderstanding. To me, Allan's murder felt genuine and real. I mean come on, how many deaths have you seen with heartfelt farewells?
