Well, first, all the problems were pictures, not part of the video, second, when packaging up the xbox, there was no foam inserts to keep the xbox from bumping around in the box, and third the tech support call was obviously fake

The way you treat it though, you kinda deserve for it to break on you, you're mistreating it

Tip: Don't move the console while it's powered on with a disc in the drive like this guy does. That will be why he got his discs scratched, and not through a faulty console.

Take a look at the video around 1:47 you clearly switch it on then move it harshly. Following that you open the tray and we see there is also a disc inside! madness. So try not to do that and also treat your console with more respect and you will find that you won't get your discs scratched.
