I think it was a suggestion, because if a character speak when the singer sings, it has a sense. But speaking when there's just music, people wonder what the hell is doing the characters. There's thousand videos of clips put together just to say "it's a amv" but there really are not lol :D
but for slayers it's almost impossible ( especially these episodes ) to catch a scene without talking xD ( I made one with almost the same episodes and I know what I'm talking about xD )
surely, i've done one by myself too and I can understand XD i just answered, thinking you haven't understood the comment of Lofaszjani, but seems you're used to this kind of works ;P
just on tip: dont put "talking" clips in a music video...
