Greenwood is playing what is called an Ondes Martenot...

@zappa251 Yep, though he doesn't use an actual Ondes Martenot in live performances since it's so expensive and tough to lug around. He uses a synth-like thingy called 'The French Connection' which substitutes for an Ondes pretty well.
