yes its all very well to tackle the deficit, but once all the money is back where it should be, petrol prices will still be at what £2 a litre... its a joke, i remember when it was 79p a litre.
I read an article in the paper about fuel prices,Some european countries keep theirs low because it has a knock on effect on the price of goods,Our government know this,But they dont give a fuck about us paying high prices for essentials,And why,Because they live in their own private world where they earn vast sums of money from being a MP and what ever other income they have from sitting on the board of a big company,If i was earning their money i wouldnt give a shit if it was £10 a litre.
How long are we going to let these puppets have control. In the end we will have to fight them anyway, we should do it now. Let's wait until they rise petrol to £5.00. It's £1.34 now. Plus this guy talks crap, they don't care about anything except making a show for us. Behind the scenes there talking about going to play golf and sucking each other off.
@JeetinChopra i pay 1.34 a litre i did see a garage charging 1.45 for unleaded before the budget i was paying 1.27 we need to protest now hit the goverment in the pocket then they will listen
Stop printing fiat monopoly money that causes inflation and rise in commodities such as Oil and food.. the reason they are rising is because we had to print money to bail out the banks.
How many of you are willing to hold those accountable for our decrease in living standards? or are you all going to keep bending over and getting your ass torn by the left and right? there is no left and right stupid!! they are both puppets on a string, being pulled by the same elite, the Rockefeller rothschilds
@wakeup2nwo - Well said, people need to see, the produce isn't worth much more, if anything, it's that the MONEY is worth LESS. Who care about the retail price index, they must stop listening to indoctrinated economists and start using a bit of common sense.
Only now the rising oil price is becoming intresting for the media... while its been rising for over more then 12 months.
And the current record prices at the pump is not becaus of Libya or any of the unrest in the whole region there, that only gave an extra boost to the oilprice so far its not the 'main' reason behind it.
The treu reason of the rising trend of last 12 months is thanks to the dollar inflation.
The crisis in the middle east is only a small part of the problem, the price at the wellhead has been creeping up for months before the Gadaffi issue. Nobody ever seems to talk about the fact that we get taxed twice on fuel, VAT and fuel duty As far as Osbourne claiming he's on our side is pure bullshit. If he was he'd lower VAT and duty on fuel. He needs to get the private sector moving again to help the economy, insted he's killing us by pricing us out of business.

It's ten years of run away labour spending that put us in the mess.
