@TheMusicmaam Well Ray Charles isn't the original singer of the song if you want to get technical & nor was I talking about Ray Charles. For the speed of the song the over punctuating of the rhythm with his leg is distracting to watch. It seems more work moving his leg than trying to sing & play the song. It's something he could work on or lessen if he wanted to, but it's not necessary. All performers have their uniqueness and/or oddity. And like I said before it's still a good cover.

@bbbryan26 I just see that from 2:51 on to the ending it's much more natural and not distracting overpunctuating the beat. As for Elvis, he shook it to shake it..but he could have a guitar and just sing without the shaking. I never said there was anything wrong with the guy or his leg shaking, just overdoing it is distracting (To Me) and prolly takes away focus from playing and singing the song. Cheers.

Ray Charles didnt write this song.....Cindy Walker and Eddy Arnold did.....Ray covered it about 10 years after Eddy released it.....you do a nice job on this song

This song is deep, Ray Charles material has so many layers to it. His arrangements of jazz standards are legendary. I like your take on this classic, this will be one of my next songs I learn. I am a beginner and I just got the Ray Charles song book too lol. Great video.
