All those complaining about the beta, what you saw was very, very limited. Its like complaining about a demo as if it was a complete game. Weapons, maps, graphics, equipment, character customization and some other options we havent seen are still yet to discover in the final version of the game.

Halo 1 was better than Halo 2. I played Halo 3 Beta, on X360 on the multiplayer thing, and its just like Halo 2, no difference except a few extra guns. GTA4 will dominate all. Sorry to all Halo 3 fans, dont get me wrong though, i do like Halo's.

Probably because it's an interesting game mechanic. I mean, are you going to have to equip it like a gun, or will it be in the grenades stack? It also opens up a lot of possibilities for multiplayer - one person could run out from behind cover and deploy the shield, and the flag carrier could run behind him to the base. Besides, it looks cool.

Am a HUGE fan of Halo series, (especially in a multi mode). Must get this, but have to wait til I get to complete the first 2 (well, don't know if have actually finished Halo1). This one is dam cool new trailer, Halo3 rocks! The first teaser was not that bad when looking at it first time. 2007 here we come!

Uhmm, Gears of War doesn't run at 20fps, it actually runs fine. I don't suppose there's any point in trying to point out the 'fact' that the X360 is actually marginally more powerful than the PS3? No, I'm sure "MysonyPS3" would much rather give in to being a dirty little fan-boy than to pay that heed.
Me? I play PC but I've got a 360. Looking forward to Halo 3. Will buy a PS3 if they remake FF7, but not if Tetsuya, the nut bar, decides to change it to include that awful Jrock singer.

Gears of War is a good game, although it doesn't compare to the greatness the Halo franchise. The 3rd person camera can be disorienting, since the camera moves around so much.
