3 Fish Statues, 1 Bird Statue, Switch, 8 Pressure Plates, Lava Buckets, Wire, Wood Platforms... do the math. With the right design you can make over 4 plat an hour easy. Go look at Ymir's Bird Engine for ideas. This is a good start though, just expand it and it will be epic.

dude i got something better when i just mined my chest which had only 1 gold coin when i mined it it gave out like 300 gold coins and 1 plat coin WTF when i sell anything even dirt i get 1 plat coin and 2 gold and 100 silver 200 copper

I don't know about whether this is a quick way to make money or not, and I bet a lot of people don't have the patience to farm for the fish statues. simple wiring, too that's good. I set up an obsidian generator, took quite a bit of trial and error, but I've found an effective way to maximize retrieval of the obsidian, just don't use the hamdrax. the water tank was easy, and, also, the lot I used was originally going to be an artificial ocean.

@Zeldagigafan90210 obsidian stacks up to 250, 40 inventory slots available, minus one for the drill/pickax, for a maximum of 9750 obsidian, obsidian skulls cost 20 obsidian, you can make 487 skulls, with 10 pieces of obsidian left, obsidian skulls sell for a base value of 54 silver coins making for 2 platinum, 63 gold, and 25 silver coins, this will likely be higher due to stat bonuses like "warding" or "arcane"

@Zeldagigafan90210 (I'm sorry if I'm spamming your comment inbox, but I just have a lot to say), with the design I used, I have pumps in the lava and water tanks, and a reserve vat of lava in case some lava spills. the dimensions of the main tanks I used are both 20x50 (including the outer most part), I pretty much destroyed the dungeon because I wanted to make it, and its housing, out of dungeon brick so clowns don't destroy the tank. that took a lot of work, about 3+ hours.

I got lucky and found 2 goldfish statues! I attached them both with two 1 second timers. So I get 4 goldfish per second. Amazing money profit.

@PineappleFreakk1562 Search "crab engine" for the FASTEST way to set this up. 3 goldfish statues, plus an overly complex switch setup involving crabs to make it faster than even a 1 second timer.

@PineappleFreakk1562 Hunted them down using Terrafirma, it's a map viewer with the ability to highlight certain objects.. Pretty handy. Made finding adamantite easier too.

I have a small map and a large map, small was where I originally rolled (now in Hard Mode) and the large is for goofing off. Between the two of them I had more than enough statues and supplies.

Also made a third world strictly to get a snow biome, which was relocated to the large map. Snow forts ftw.

Pfft I have a faster way. no idea how it happened but my gold chest glitched out lost many items in it mostly souls.. BUT when i place a statue on the chest it spawns about 30 gold chests... I spawn over 500 from this and sell them in the space of 40 seconds :P thats 2 plat coins almost.

Put 3 bomb statues where you're standing that way u get 3 bombs every 10 seconds while getting the gold fish. Best AFK spot evar
