i thought he was still bi. i was never clearified with the whole "im gay" thing. and plus, that comment was a long time ago. and now i kinda question myself why i thought he was bi, i really dont know., and even funnier i bought "caribou" in the 90's and still thought he was bi.

@MrCaberto You shouldn't have to apologize for someone being so unnecessarily rude to you, I knew he was gay but I grew up with a gay brother & many gay friends. Some people just have more insight due to their life experience; in 1976 I just guessed that coming out as bi was just not coming all the way out since many people 'transition' their way out of the closet. The person who replied to you was a jerk; you don't owe anyone an apology.
