  • Bette is dressed so chic! Love her hat. Interesting---different generations have real unique ways of saying/expressing things, looking at things, approaches, etc. Reminds me (and sounds) of my grandmother-- who was born in 1915!

  • Bette was so brave and courageous..A double masectomy, a stroke, a broken hip, and her daughter's slanderous book could not knock her out. Despite by how this point her body had been so ravaged, he still was able to put her best foot forward for her adoring fans. Bette you are a legend and an inspiration..We love you!

  • God bless you Bette! Thanks for sharing this wonderful interview!

  • AND THAT IS HOW ONE WELCOMES A FUCKING LEGEND!!!!

  • Heavens to Jack Warner! What a delightful clip! Bette got around pretty well for a lady who had had a stroke & who was fighting breast cancer! THANKS for posting! Ms Davis was a fighter, a dynamo & spoke her mind to the end!

  • I just ordered Bette Davis' last Auto Biography "This 'N That" from Amazon.com and it should arrive this week. I remember watching This Late night talk show and felt Joan Rivers should've been given more than one season. There was room for both her and Carson and Johnny should've given Joan his blessing and when he retired Joan would have been the best person to have taken over "The Tonight Show" instead of Leno.

  • Love how she spoke her mind & didn't let them got to her! she told them good! LOL I pray that I am that sharp at that age!!
