  • Is this the guy that does those text-to-speech things?

  • Can we save the picture on a picture format?

  • @mendicouadau96 I am not quite sure what your question is. Are you asking if Pinnacle Studio can do a Picture in Picture effect? If that is the question, then yes it can. It is very simple to create too.

  • how do you make your picture overlay on a video?

  • @dwight25861 That effect is a called a picture in picture effect. This is very simple. Add a video to Track 1 and now add a video to the overlay track (below video 1). Double click on the overlay video and it will open up the Video Toolbox. The pic in pic tool is the second one from bottom of tools...it will look like a box in a box. Click on this tool and now set up your picture in picture. You can also then add transitions to clip to animate it onto the screen and off.

  • Hello how can I get rid off those annoying black vertical banners at the side of a photo without using pan and zoom?

  • @wheelturner01 Yes you can get rid of those black vertical lines on the sides of your photos but simply Right-Clicking on the Photo while it is in the Timeline & Select "Zoom Picture to Fill Frame" This will automatically remove the black bars. You may need to fine tune it with Pan and Zoom, if you do not like the zoom. You can also do this on multiple photos in the timeline too, simply lasso all of the photos in the timeline & right-click & select "Zoom Pic to Fill Frame"

  • @IrriplaceiCal Do you have a short menu set anywhere in your video? Just a thought. Try deleting the last chapter point in your video.

  • can I ask waht is the specifications of the CPU you are using in edting using pinnacle studio 12. thanks and more power to your tutorials

  • I am running a dual core but that is because I am working in HD footage. If you are using SD footage then you do not need as much power. PC's have gotten so cheap over the last 6 months and they are so fast too!

    Cheers,

    Anthony

  • No 12 costs about $79 or $99 to upgrade from your version

  • Is 12 free? I have 11.

  • 12 is only 30 bucks not 80
