I grew up in the Lake Arrowhead area where a friend of mine started a hoax about a "black lodge" in the woods. It snowballed into a whole bunch of BS that fed the New Age movement and was the basis of the TV show "Twin Peaks". Children of the Grave makes for a nice scary couple of hours, but it shouldn't be taken as Gospel.

word to the wise, i've been down to zombie road plenty of times. i've heeard and seen crazy stuff, during the day and night. but wildwood police have been cracking down and last night my friends and i were bored so we decided to go. all of a sudden after about a mile into it we heard something and turned around and saw two black shadows running toward us...we freaked. but soon realized after some flashlights kicked on we realized it was the cops. all 6 of us got trespassing tickets,be careful ha

I was there last week with my aunt. We had police with us. I heard there was mueders people dissapearing satanic cults drowning...shadow people walking around. We saw the shadow people. Just be glad you didn't really have one of those things run THROUGH you. Don't ever go on this road alone.
