Hey guys do you need another dr's diagnoses with what i claim is wrong with me? I recently was involved in tragedy and witnessed my father die infront of me and lost my house to forclosure as a result, ever since then ive been suffering from stress, insomnia, depression, severe anxiety, and nausea. I havent been diagnosed by a doctor so would it be ignorant of me to claim i suffer from PTSD or somthing of that severity at appt to obtain a card easier? MMJ helps me nd i want to do it legally

But the federal government which does not allow medical marijuana has a right to go into any place where its sold including in your own home if you are growing it and raid it and you will be charged with a federal crime.

A prescription and a recommendation are NOT the same thing. Doctors are not allowed to prescribe schedule 1 drugs. Therefore, they can only write a recommendation that a patient use marijuana for medical purposes. Schedule 1 drugs are classified as such because they have no medical value; that's what makes them schedule 1. Because they have no medical value, they cannot be prescribed.
