What i don't understand is how no one has won ten million yet or whether you can't actually win. Admittedly, the odds of winning games of chance, or semi-chance, 30 times in a row are very, very slim. However, with the fact there must be thousands of people playing all the time, day and night, the law of averaged say it should happen soon.

That is a waiver in case a player is caught cheating Moola isn't obligated to pay that user. Where it says "Moola may also pay you an amount lower than requested" is because if you make multiple cash out requests per month, there is a fee. If that player does not have the amount to cover the fee, the fee will be deducted out of their requested cash out amount. Moola is not a scam!
Why do users watch the ads? For the opportunity to play rock-paper-scissors against other users for pennies...until you get to level 8, where you bet a dollar to win a dollar...and from there on, you bet even more! HOLY CRAP! All for watching an ad and playing a useless flash game! MORON!!!
You gotta love how the maker of this video has a whole 16 cents in his account. Granted, it can take some time to get up to 10 dollars, but once you do, I mean christ, there are people raking up 300 + dollars in an hour or so just from 'watching ads and playing useless flash game'
