I was awaiting for this plane at lukla to fly part of our group from snowball expeditions to fly us back to kathmandu on 26th august 2010. Was a sad day for ALL. We had to wait a further 3 days till any planes were allowed to fly back into lukla. Will never ever forget this day. God rest everyone lost on that plane.
@westlennox73 ,,Iv flown out of Lukla twice ..so like you ..i understand how bad it must have been for them poor buggers....i must admit on both times i was glad to be back at Kathmandu..i went with Clasic journeys both times ,,,there really good..
