  • Printhead still worked!

Remove it with the 2 screws on it

  • Thats one way to open it xD

  • Is is the Paper Jam?

  • Very STUPID... Just push the white lock inside and you can move your printer's carriage... Then remove the cartridges....

  • Easily fixable with the adjustment program and patience

  • Can I do this to your head? The intellegence of you and an epson printer are quite similar.

  • I REALLY needed to watch this after my frustration with the R200 just now. Damn thing is in a frozen state...tried to print onto a DVD with it and it just is flashing at me. Why won't the thing easily reset?

After this crap and Epson's ridiculous ink prices/wasting of ink with its head cleaning I will think twice before purchasing another Epson printer.

  • epsons are garbage.

  • i had the same problem with the EPSON R300 I couldnt get the cartidges out i manage to pull out 2 tho..i took a hammer to it inside and tried to bust it apart to get my re-flll cartridges out,,,later i took it outside and layed the axe to it before i tossed it in the garbage, worst pinter ive ever had...DONT BUY EPSON YOU WILL BE SORRY... i bought a HP D5160

for my dvd/cd printing wow what way better quality il stick to lexmark and HP printers

  • I have heard there is a release systems that takew out the plastic parts NOT the printhead. Very difficult to reset the printer didnt know there was a downloadable utility! Why didi you cut the palstic parts of the old printer???

  • la götüne girsin o yazıcı aq çocuu ya afrikada millet birbirini yiyo açlıktan dallamanın yaptığına baq

  • senin ananı sikeyim orospu evladı

  • Can I just pretend my printer is broken and smash it anyway?

  • Your quite a moron actually. The print head has a print head release inside the housing of the printer. Right beside the printhead on the back wall of the carriage assembly. As for your pritner error your ink pad counter was full. It could have been reset with the online epson service utility.. Well, one less moron epson customer... good riddens.

  • Well I don't doubt the moron part. Wasn't aware of the release button. I did download the epson service utility to attempt to reset it, but it just didn't do anything and it was still in error state afterwards.

  • Well I'm not a repairman or expert, but I think its broken. Maybe its time to do what I did with my printer?

  • I moved the ink cartridge cradle because it was stuck and now it runs too freely and the ink button and the paper defaultbutton keep on blinking. help please respond.

  • epson printers are still good, when you take into account the original ink when you buy a new printer the cost of the printer is only £10 to £20!!!!

I'm selling the canon cis 4200 4200 units and epson r220 cis on ebay hence having the video on youtube for buyers to see.

  • Canon print outs are better than epson and twice as fast. epson printers are still good, when you take into account the original ink when you buy a new printer the cost of the printer is only £10 to £20!!!!

  • Do not need a3 anymore at present so sold it and bought canon ip5200 best printers I have ever owned.

Print all day and night no problems at all. using cis units no problem . But I think the Amercan version do not have cd printing function UK ones do but I've never used it.Printed thousands of sheets heads still ok.

  • HI

I print alot sometimes 10 hours a day

Use to use the c82 as I needed pigment ink had 4 going aat one time.

tried the 220 but had bad paper pick up problems.

Now use canon printers as they have improved so much.

used the a3 i9950 fantastic printer carts easy to refil but modified a i9000 cis unit to fit and just kept the red and green carts and refiled them.

  • No the feeling, I use canons now

  • I'm still using the new one I got mostly because of the Ink Caddy system I put in it. Its just a really cheap ink solution. What Epson model do you use? I would need one that had a dvd printing option.

  • I have to work on those evil machines once a week

  • New printers like this R200 are cheep, tacky and are infuriating. And the inks cost!! I use a 1992 LQ400 which is indestructable. I even videoed it! :)

  • So what do ya all think of it?
