I don't see what is wrong with part time jobs really. 1 person making $80k being replaced by a couple making $30-40k... It has nothing to do with how many or what types of guns are legal to own. Even in a place like England where guns are basically completely banned violent crime is on the rise even though murder rates are well below the US.
As a Canadian i can tell you that is not true. We have lots of guns. We just have more long guns then pistols. The murder rate has nothing to do with the number of guns. @CarlosMendez003 Canada has a higher percentage of gun owners than the US. Australia also has guns they are just harder to get. It has nothing to do with how many or what types of guns are legal to own. The US has a large gang problem, that's what needs to be taken care of, not taking away the rights of good people to defend themselves. Even in a place like England where guns are basically completely banned violent crime is on the rise even though murder rates are well below the US.

As a Canadian i can tell you that is not true. We have lots of guns. We just have more long guns then pistols. The murder rate has nothing to do with the number of guns. It has everything to do with the culture, economy (or lack of), and lack of a citizens ability protect themselves. Gun bans only work on law abiding citizens and effectively disarm them so criminal types can have their way with them. fyi i not a fan of the conservative or republican side of things. green baby!

There is talk that Portugal should actually leave the eurozone, sort their stuff out, and then reapply. Greece should have never been allowed in. They lied about their huge underground economy, and the EU actually knew of this and cried later -- which is unforgiveable. Very strange situation because France is in strong recovery. Remember Yugoslavia -- Slovenia got tired of carrying all the dead weight of the other countries. Very interesting situation.

I really like Europe, have since I studied here in '81. I went back to the States and started saving and planning to get out of there. From the Rust Belt in Ohio to New York was a slippery slope indeed. Europe still feels like paradise to me, most days!

Last time I checked, most of the important banks are in Germany along with a strong concentration of the Rothschild cartel.

@muffinman5323 Well if you want to get technical, philosophy can be traced back to Sumeria and other primitive civilizations, but the generic idea of Western philosophy is peculiarly Greek in nature, so I tend to use the generic term.
