i don't know why people complain about the northwest, infact it hardly rains here! i live next to portland oregon and we only have 30 inches of rain for a whole year! and we only get severe thunderstorms a few times a year, and not every week! i swear, what is it with people these days? special weather statements are only for extreme heat in the northwest... nice video btw

Because that's the emergency feed satellite local forecast. There is no start or end point to it; it's a continuous loop.
