  • where is the Lightsaber when you need one?

  • Your deer dressing videos are not nearly as gory as I had had anticipated. I did not look away once. Very informative.

  • why not gut it before you start hacking the breast plate. Seems like an additional risk of bursting the intestines?

  • you are very rough

  • Your next video needs to be. "How to sharpen a knife"

  • Just realise a difference in culture: it's a bit hard to watch this video but not a problem with seeing a fish alive on a plate. In any case we live on other creatures on the planet.

  • I prefer to get elbow deep in the chest cavity

  • Ohh ... when I hunt, I "always carry around a hammer and axe"......NOT!,

You don't need to hack rib cage open to remove lungs etc,

  • @kingstoncowboy01 yeah you just reach into the ribcage and pull the lungs out. You can actually waste meat by hacking the ribcage open

  • Damn,,

  • gotta love how sharp that knife is

  • u studer alot

  • My reactions to this video: >.< :O

I need to learn how to hunt and to stomach this...

  • Buy a 2 dollar bone saw from Walmart instead of dulling a knife

  • dude who taught you how to gut a deer ? i had to gut my first deer and first few hogs with no help and i did a way better job then you. and i was 13 at the time. ...... you need some lessions

and if you take a neck shot they dont bleed and they just drop . that means no tracking and its easyer to gut and skin them

oh and another thing . when you use a gut hook make the a hook with your fingers and run the gut hook in between them . it protects the stomach from geting nicked and busting open

  • @pigslayer48 if you his hand after he got done it was a clean job i have only seen a few people do that

  • @pigslayer48 I was thinking the same thing do you have a better video?

  • dude who taught you how to gut a deer ? i had to gut my first deer and first few hogs with no help and i did a way better job then you. and i was 13 at the time. ...... you need some lessions

and if you take a neck shot they dont bleed and they just drop . that means no tracking and its easyer to gut and skin them

  • dude who taught you how to gut a deer ? i had to gut my first deer and first few hogs with no help and i did a way better job then you. and i was 13 at the time. ...... you need some lessions

  • This is the worst gutting job i ever saw! What a mess!

  • is a buck omnihunter knife?

  • this is possibly the most attractive thing i ever saw

  • man you got good aim to hit the rib cage with the hachet and not hit the guts

  • nice gut hook

  • what type of knive is that

  • Saw expertvillage paused this video, wrote this comment and moved on.

  • @PsykoWaffle lol

  • pff just reach up there and grab the esophagus no need to cut through the ribs and expose more meet and deer than needed

  • Holy smokes get all that hair in it.And using an hatchet,Shit

  • WHOS HUNGRY!!!!!

  • Okay, do you ever get used to this? I'm 14 and I've shot a deer and i'm hunting a lot, but It grossed me out a little the first time..

  • @GoWolverines143 Yes you certainly do get used to it. What grossed you out? The smell, the sound, the visual part, the feeling of it? I'm a student nurse and comparing sliced preserved humans to deer, the deer is nothing. First time i watched a friend's dad skin a deer in the garage i was your age and was grossed out too. I'm 20 and it rarely bothers me anymore. Hopefully this helped ya dude!

  • Whatever you dont puncture the stomach. First time I did that I puked on the spot!

  • This video helped out alot. My wife watched this a few times last year. We were both bow hunting last year and she did it all on her own.

  • im trying to learn how to do it right not how to butcher the dam thing

  • oh god...

  • hahaha this guy is leathal id have it gutted and skinned in 15 mins or so!!!

  • you need a hack saw lol its a lot easier im 13 and cant do it faster and easier

  • R U STUPID? BE CAREFUL WITH THAT! Cut myself doing that once.

  • why would animal lovers and vegitarians search field dressing a deer and then comment im glad somone hasnt made like a fake nature film showing deer playing and eating in the woods and then cut screen to field dressing a deer lol And also isnt it funny that nutrients and meat is need for good health and there just so happens to be lots of good meat running around on this earth..and if your a vegitarian you have to take vitamins to provide what your body is not getting because you dont eat meat..

  • Would heavy blunt force to the "Sternum" of the deer, to break it, cause any spoilage to meat in the process?

  • sad. was it a fair fight?

  • @IncognitoShhh It wasn't a fight at all! He presumably killed it to eat it; it wasn't pistols at dawn!

  • imbecil!!!!!!!!!! primero cuerealo, luego las visceras

  • first time iv seen someone use an axe to field dress a deer, this guys an expert lmao what a joke !

  • Ugh.. you made me wince every time you pulled the blade to yourself. I highly suggest that you don't. It could have some reaaally bad consequences. That, and I'd be more careful with the knife and maybe don't use an axe. Accidentally splitting any of those innards could mean spoiled meat.

  • dude seems pissed

  • fuckkkkkkkkkkkkk what the hell

    ??????

  • он вообще разделывать не умеет.

  • how to become a psychopath ;)

  • i like how at 0:42 he says "how is this gonna work..?"

I thought thats why we were watching this video.. >.>

  • IT LOST ITS BALLS!!!!!!!!! like this if you didnt want to see that

  • hes pulling the knife towards himself

  • What's with the axe ??

  • R.I.P. Poor deer... Lol

  • It sort of is disgusting but the guys right where do u thing ur burgers come from my friend is teaching me how to hunt because no one in my family hunts but good vidieo

  • Someone asked a question: Why is this divided in so many pieces? Here's why: because they will get views on each video, not just one. advertising money. hehe. I just posted A NO BULL all-in-one vid on HOW TO FIELD DRESS A DEER.

  • 1:00 what if it woke up now i know theres no way in hell it willl but im just saying it would be funny it rised from the dead

  • OUU BLIAXXXXXXX CHEASESSS

  • i don't even bust through the breast plate i just reach up under it to cut the esophogous

  • Dutchdutch dont ever leave a fuckin corpse in the woods.

  • @lilhunter3270 jeeze its a goof asshole

  • im going to hunt next season, just to do that... then leave the corps in the woods.

  • @dutchdutch41 no you kill that animale you treat it with respect donate it to the wild live officers to do so

  • @TheChester123456789 take a joke.

  • he touched its genitillia

  • why is this freaking video diviided into so many extremely short segments?

  • I was hoping while swinging that axe he would knick the stomach or something :P get a nice whiff of what it ate 2 days ago

  • i absolutly suck at field dressing! i honestly have been hunting for 8 years and still i havent gotten good enough to want to attempt to field dress a deer. does anybody know if he used a bow or a rifle?

  • He moans like a chick :)

  • why is he opening the rib cage? totally not called for, the hatchet is a lil over the top too

  • Is that the first deer you've ever done? What a mess! I'd be ashamed for my hunting buddies to see me make a mess like that let alone the whole world. You must have a great recipe for hair.

Keep practicing, you'll get the hang of it sooner or later.

  • @alannorr ever heard of washing the meet ?

  • screw Bambi

  • @koreankid150 bambi got fucked up

  • what kind of knife is that?

  • get an meat saw to do the pelvia and rib cage

  • we just hang the deer on a tree and do all that stuff

  • @madness365 ..yy ke keres? ke te demos un oscar?? dios mio, cuanta gente falat de capacidad mental existes..anda a lavar los platos maraka y no contes tus pelotudeses como asañas..

  • I was just waitin for this fool to slip and stab himself in the gut while trying to cut through the rib cage. I can't believe he didn't puncture the intestines or stomach with his wild hatcheting as well.

  • you didnt need to cut all the up to the wind pipe. you could have just cut up to the breast bone and then reached up and cut it off

  • hey eveyone check out the lungs at the end its still fuckin breathin

  • @StAgMaStA1 No its the nerve activity even after the deer is dead the deer ca been seen flinching its just its body shutting down compleatly dont worry the deer is dead!!

  • @passsword95 guy i dont worry i only worry about gettin the tenderloin cooked and in my belly u need to worry about all your little horses and doggies fuckin queer

  • @StAgMaStA1 nope, that is a flap of membrane that is kinda blowin in the wind at the end.

  • big dawg is right towards your buddy not your body ;)

  • well how do they mount it on the wall

  • nasty... and to think i'm gonna have to do this soon,... lmfao...

  • how to hunt lynx? see you in my profile

  • at least hes trying guys give him a break ffs

  • He must be using a dull knife fi he has to use a hatchet to open up the ribcage, and pelvic bone. Also with him pulling toward imself on the ribcage surley proves his knife is dull as all hell!!

  • Really no reason to cut so high up to the deer. You can reach up and grab lungs and windpipe easy enough you will only get blood halfway to your elbows. That deer is so wide open its gonna be full of all kinds of dirt bye the time you drag it out.

Solid effort on the video. Sharpen that knife!

  • you do not need to open up the deer like that make the slit to the bone and be a man and roll up you sleves and stick your damn arm in there not destroy it with a damn hatchet

  • 1:42 Holy god, look on the side, somethings still moving! olol

  • that "esophagus" is actually a trachea

  • THIS DUDE IS MAKING ME FUCKING NERVOUS WITH THAT KNIFE. HES ABOUT TO CUT HIS DICK OFF.

  • @backyardhunter99 yup . . . :P

  • think if that was u...

  • Gloves are a good idea. Never seen a guy use a hatchet to field dress an animal either...

  • I don't mean to judge but I would recommend using gloves and not cutting at yourself. Any cut or open sore that comes in contact with the deers internals can make you really sick and never ever use a knife in that manner try staying to the side while doing something like that, away from the path of the knife. This will ultimately take longer but will make it safer for you while gutting a deer.

  • This method is very over exerting and un-needed and hes tottaly messing up the fur which has value.

  • Note to hunters: expert villiage has very little expertise. I think just about every expert village video I've seen is horribly wrong.

  • @MainTightSqueeze I agree with you , here in sweden we only use a knife and simply romove the organs leaving the heart. no bones have to be crushed on a field strip

  • good ol' hillbillies

  • I can gut 3 deer in 5 minutes!

  • Animals WERE harmed in the making of this video. =)

  • @sferris5316 its a dear, thats sorta like calling a cow an animal. its more like walking meat....

  • @will0ughby Ha, exactly.

  • Comment removed

  • yeah you make an easy stuff difficult man. you take that skin just merely skinning it i've done that a hundred times.

  • i dont really care about hunting and stuff but when i see people breaking and cutting up bones, its horrifying

  • How could you people do this!! This is discusting and thare is no need for humans to hunt anymore We get are food from farms and DONT GIVE ME OVER POPULATOIN CRAP. There are 3.8 billion of us!!!

  • @bkimico I freaking hate people like you! Don't watch the freaking video if you are just going to tell us not to hunt! It won't make a difference what you say to change my mind on killing my deer. Go rant to someone else!

  • @bkimico Oh and its overpopulation of the deer idiot, not us.

  • @bkimico

    1. stfu and go play somewhere else you liberal CUNT

    2. there are about 6.8 billion of us you fucking dolt

  • @OutdoorDerek hey bud watch it. this is more of a country vs. city thing rather than a conservative vs. liberal thing.

  • @bkimico I would say it's less of hunting for food rather than hunting because there is extremely little natural predation for deer anymore and without hunting most of the deer hunters kill would end up hit by cars and/or damaging farmer's fields etc... As for the disgusting part, where do you think your hamburgers come from?

  • @ricky627899 My burgers come from a FAR grosser animal, killed in a much nastier way, being fed the brains of other dead cows and chickens and stuff.

Deer are way better for you.

  • @AtlasHBS if you would go read the comment I was responding to someone who thought that cleaning a deer was disgusting and that he can't imagine who would do that. so i was saying if you think this is disgusting where do you think your burgers come from. so yeah you helped me prove my point.

  • notice how all these people on expert village, really never seem to do anything quite right

  • BBQ

  • your making it harder than it needs to be...

  • Comment removed

  • Just hurry get the insides out. Then take the deer home and do the rest.

  • i want to go hunting for the first time this year but it dont know if i can handle doing this.

  • @te908bd Go with a group of seasoned hunters. They will walk you through the process and try to make it a positive experience. Or they'll make you field dress their deer for "practice" :) Don't let it scare you off, whether or not you harvest a deer the experience is one you should have if you have any inkling of desire to go.

  • @te908bd You and me both man.

  • @te908bd start off small with lets say, rabbits, gutting them and field dressing them is easier then this, if you go straight onto dear it would be a lot more horrible then starting off with a rabbit because when i did my first deer i was like, wow, that wasnt so bad thank to doing quite a few rabbits

  • @te908bd Honestly man, it wasn't that big of a deal. I've shot 3 deer and at first I was pretty reluctant to get my hands dirty but I honestly just got used to it. There's no real smell or anything and if you're really grossed out wear gloves.

  • Mmmm organs....

  • looks like the heart is beating :/

  • gotta luv that smell huh

  • that a small ass deer i could of shot beter

  • so iff you want to mount it stop at the breat bone......

  • Dude has anger issues.

  • The deer's heart was still beating.

  • nice

  • um...you should wear some kind of fluid-protective gloves, because you can get bacterial infections or diseases that are carried in the cervidae blood. just for safety reasons.

  • Hatchet? Hmmm novel,...I guess... but the way that the gutting knife was being yanked towards his opened legs perhaps it was safer. LOL I kept on thinking he was going to end up with an entirely unexpected trophy to hang on his wall - 2 of them anyways.

  • hey, dude, that's not the esophagus you're cutting, it's the tracheea...

  • it always amazes me how almost all the organs are held by just the esophagus.

  • calling this guy a butcher would be an insult to meet processors everywhere. Village idiot is a better description.

  • yeah, but hes not going to mount the deer, so its okay

  • i thought we werent supposed to go past that point?

  • wow ... expert ville sucks ... its like they just pick some ransom rookie every time ....first of all dont use a hachet to cut anything .... this guy made a mess....

  • drewandamanda, I think you are getting confused between entrails and pluck, the pluck being, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and the entrails being the small and large intestine. There is actually nothing to say you have to take the pluck out in the field. Having worked for the Forestry Commission in Scotland i have shot deer at night and not got the deer in while the next morning with the pluck still in as the pluck is needed to be kept with the carcasse.

  • Actually fossy, you should field dress your deer in the woods. Removing the entrails helps lower the internal body temperature of the deer, thus saving any damage to the meat by heat and bacteria caused by heat. I agree with the rest of what you said. There is no need for a hatchet, even on the pelvis. Haha.

  • i thought the hatchet was a little over kill to,

  • disqusting

  • Once again, this man is a clown. Rest assured, its only a matter of time before he stabs himself or chops his knackers off by using the knife towards himself like that. There is no need to take the pluck out in the field, as this opens the body to the elements. I just take the gralloch out in the field and the pluck at home or the larder. What a prick. Get rid of that bleeding axe.

  • a good knife can get through the chest dont need a fuckin hachet

  • i let a fart and it smelled just like a busted gut.

  • god dam sternum lol

  • retards he shot a doe its not like hes gonna mout it so it makes it easier to cut open the chest cavity it may be a little hard to do but it makes the overall job easier any one who has ever been hunting or field dressed a deer knows this

  • ya you dont need to cut it that deng far unless your a candy ass like this fella and dont want to get his hands bloody

  • uh um um uh umm umm shut the hell up lol

  • I think this dude needs a sharper knife lol

  • g now that i saw this vid i cant wait to gut my first deer. syk

  • Actually ..that's the trachea annnndddd you're doing A LOT more work than you need to be doing to get that deer dressed. Stop being a 6 year old girl and reach your hand up in the chest cavity to cut the TRACHEA and the membranes to free the internals.

  • everyone is wondering the same thing...whats with the hatchet?

  • one more comment, no need to open the chest cavity that far, unless of course your arm is only 6 inches long and you can't reach up in

  • omg is the deer going to be ok?

  • umm i think the deer can walk this one off... hahahahahaha lol

  • When I field dress a deer, I don't break the pelvic bone and I don't break the sternum and I don't remove the esophagus.

  • do you remove anything?

  • watch part 3 i havent seen it yet but it will most likely explain further also if you havent watch part 1

  • i meant it i little more sarcastically, i know how to clean a deer, no offense

  • ok sorry :D

  • I remove the intestines, heart, and lungs. Basicly everything except for the arse and esophagus.

  • This guy is seperating the rib cage pulling the knife towards him.Not smart at all.One slip and he'll be field dressing himself.

  • @BigDawg51 you just cant slip lol
