I think Avery does a great job doing what he's getting paid to do, plus he's doing more than so. His job is simple; Go out and make a mess, make their stars loose the focus. Not only he does that great obviously, he also tends to score a lot now, he's doing quite a few points so obviously he is one of the most valueable players in rangers atm.
