SDSU did a good job at slowing Jimmer down....that's when he really starts to get his team involved. When you try to double and triple team Jimmer, he is gonna find a way to dish it off to someone else that you just left open. And Jimmer does have a fine supporting cast as we saw first hand twice against SDSU.

My criticism is more on the video than a criticism of Jimmer--I'm a fan. But I would like to see him bring some other teammates into the spotlight, that's all. That is a talent few players have. It could work great at BYU however--it would spread the load a little more evenly.

Most of these highlights are just long-range bombs--impressive, but only 10% of jimmers game--he is a great passer--he just needs a better team. He has not demonstrated that he can make the rest of his team great too. If he ever does that he'll be one of the all-time greats.

@jmshaw357 I'd disagree. BYU is 24-2, and they have seven wins against the RPI top 50. Although a large part of their scoring comes from Jimmer, he DEFINITELY makes everyone else better. If you're saying they need a national title run then I'd understand a bit more. The real issue is that ESPN and national networks don't cover most of BYU's games. but that will soon change
