Its been a known fact that Itachi has been going blind ever since his first use of Mangekyo. The regular sharingan usage won't affect the user but the more he uses techniques that need the Mangekyo as a catalyst the more his eyes are damaged. So in a way it's both. Every time he uses it it hurts him, and the more he continues to use it the worse it gets.

it won't take very long for you to figure out flash. you're doing animations its not like you're getting into the buttons part of it and making games.

The only difference is that Sasuke is a bit thinner in this version. A lot of people complained about him looking too fat in the first version so i tried to fix it in this one.
