thx, I use the blunt side of a knife to scrape the tongue. Also, flossing is about massaging the gum as much as it is about getting rid of the particles in-between. Lastly, insulin spikes that alter the calcium/phosphorus ratios of the blood are said to decalcify the teeth and bring all the bacteria that are said to cause cavities - but really it starts off with the food. Also, grain toxins+phytates can leech calcium and minerals from the body, thereby affecting teeth.
Hi Daniel. Great information. My one suggestion is to also gently brush your entire mouth. What needs cleaning/care includes the cheeks, upper palate and under our tongue. Thank you for your well said videos!
Also could you spell out your web site?..I looked up .survival.com to no avail....
Thank you mr Vitalis. I think your videos are nice and you have taught me a lot. I appreciate what you do. At first I was skeptical about who you were, but I like your videos, not that I agree on everything, namely eating animals. You are friendly and open.
I think there is more to the teeth than oral hygiene, but yeah so many people including my former self have neglected it, disbelieved in it even. I like how you give reasons for techniques. I will give oil pulling a try I guess. :)
Interesting - it would be nice to add some scientific references for the oil rinse.
To viewers, I would like to underscore that a balanced diet and limited snacking are important at preventing tooth decay. In addition, so are regular dental cleanings, which remove tartar not removable by just brushing teeth. Of course, some do not experience tooth decay despite lack of dental cleanings, but their experience should not be generalized.
Another amazing protocol! You are an elite teacher and I thank you on behalf of our species. Your information has given me a way out of the matrix. I just went through a huge healing crisis, crazy stuff.
Daniel, I appreciate your intention here but you need to at least mention the dangers of oral infection. I had a friend DIE in 2002 because he had an infected tooth that he tried to extract himself. The infection spread to his brain. The term "self dentistry" is problematic. Even the best intentioned lay person is still simply not equipped to handle a dental emergency. Although individuals can do routine care themselves, infections need to be addressed by professionals. The cost could be a life.
@lizfrombatonrouge He's discussing Dental Hygiene not surgery or pulling teeth. Most people are intelligent enough to know not to pull teeth out of their mouth!
@lizfrombatonrouge our loss and God's gain. Self extractions is very dangerous indeed. Better would be to let the tooth to rot out and use clove or clove honey compo like Srila Prabhupada and Srila BhaktiSiddhanta Maharaja have done.
A good dentist can later perform a proper cleaning. biologicdentists. com/custom2.html
@lizfrombatonrouge We deserve to be informed about health. 90% of root canals are unnecessary... 600,000 die yearly from taking standard doses of medicine; being in a hospital is among one of the top causes of death in America.
People dying from self care are much less than who traditional medicine kills reguarly.
If people perform healthy practices they likely will be healthy in the long run, as many of our ancestors have done.
Then, if all attempts have failed, go to the dentist/MD.
Liz, we are responsible to our own selves. I am sorry that your friend died ...I just don't think it is the fault of people trying to take care of their health themselves.
My sister and mother have had care and my mom died from the MDs meds and my sister has been crippled. The MDs could care less. That is why I think we need to take care of ourselves as the MDs or nurses are just getting a pay check.
Daniel, great video! We started self-dentistry recently and found ourselves prisoners to accomplishing certain steps at certain times and after watching your video and hearing your philosophy we feel more free in using the steps that are daily needed and doing a deep cleaning regularly. Thanks so much! It would cool to see some other videos that highlight what you do on a daily basis that exemplifies healthy living.
Hey Daniel, you could add one more thing to this regimen: Ormus for teeth strength. I had a chipped tooth which I healed entirely by consuming Ormus on a daily basis, the dentin just grew back! Also the overall strength of my teeth increased tremendously. It's really worth while considering..
@robanatta Yeah, Please post your shaving routine Daniel! As a male who grew up without a father I had to figure it out myself. I always tear my neck up and it gets real red, Id love to see your protocol
@JasonHervey Yea same here , no dad , I had to become a man without one which is hard in alot of ways , but consciousness is my father now =D Please post a vid series on how to become a man for young men and teenagers without dads !! !! I'd love that , i'm still 18 and i'm still learning
Naturopathic approach is great. I have a 5 point protocol that begins irrigating with Adya Clarity. The water purification mica product will additionally clean your tongue if you dip your toothbrush into a little diluted Adya and then brush your tongue.
plz note that most dental flosses are coated with TEFLON, not a chemical I care to take in. I use a brand called "Gentle Floss", all natural and already coated with essential oils.
i liked it; i oil pull 20 minutes a day, scrape the tongue at least each morning, i've done the salt water rinse, thanks for that. i think i'll do that some more. i floss every night for many years. hadn't heard that about using esswential oil, so thanks for THAT!!
It makes sense to do the oil pull after brushing and tongue cleaning, and not swallowing the zeolite (or bentonite) toothpaste after cleaning- its full of junk you just brushed off of your teeth. Making sure your teeth are flossed, clean, and your tongue is clean is most important before going to bed- bacterial growth can occur the most during sleep. Excellent video.
Excellent video, lots of great information. The only thing I don't agree with is swallowing the zeolite and plaque. I think plaque is a source of body ailments that has gone unlooked at. I like the zeolite I take that everyday but with spring water.
Thank you so much for this video. So much good information. Our family has been without dental insurance for 7 years now, it's good to know we can have good dental health on our own.
can anyone recomend a good powdered zeolite i can purchase on line? im a computer dummy and im having a hard time locating one thats fine enough for brushing. any help would be great and thanks for another great video daniel :)
Thanks for these dental health videos. This is a subject which many of us are ignorant on and may benefit tremendously from. I've been making a special effort to brush/floss immediately after eating sugars, or meats (which may potentially putrefy in the teeth).
Thank you so much Daniel... last time I went to the dentist, they wanted me to start using a fluoride mouthwash, and I didn't really know what to tell them because I knew about the detrimental effects of fluoride. So it was a bit awkward, heh... and I've never really had much of a dental strategy until now - thank you, this is a major help.
The oil swirling is too gross for me :-P Definitely can't last 5minutes lol

can you make up a bottle of saline rinse and keep it in the bathroom for the week?
how long will it keep for? would you need to add essentail oils, such as tea tree, to keep bacteria from growing, or is salt enough?
i am not likely to do this if i have to mix it up every time!
