Honestly, this is only stating that republicans tend to be well off (i.e. Trott), and democrats pull many votes from urban or low income societies. Indiana mainly is a republican state, however just because they have rapidly increasing foreclosures doesn't mean that they are foreclosing on those houses. Anyone with a reasonable outlook on this issue would realize this is clearly a sad fact, not dirty play. Plus they could apply for provisional or absentee ballets even if they are foreclosed on.
