You look terrific and seem like the quality of your life has been improved. Question for you, What kind of workout do you do to keep your body toned up so I won't have excess skin hanging? The thought makes me nervous.
I just want to say you look amazing. I had my surgery on 11/17/10. It is hard to get the liquids in bu t i keep on trying and it has improved so much. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much before I started I was 400 then I had to lose for the surgery the day of surgery down 40lbs it's been a week and two days out and I'm down 20 more lbs a total of 60 lbs I'm so happy so excited when my husband come home next year from afghanistan he want no me lol thanks for all you tip you a great

@August262010 hello first congrats on your surgery! i know it can be hard at first but it dose get better. i too was not getting in must my first month, i believe that's one of the reasons i was a slow loser. OK just try to sip every 5min. i haven't been making videos because i really have nothing to talk about, no weight change, but i plan on making a video this week, well hang in there,and take care!

@coquizyo09 thank you so much on the comment! well i have a lot of skin and i workout a lot, i use to do mostly cardio but now i do more weight training, i can see my muscle mass now it its great when you can see your progress.. good luck on your low carb diet. i know it can be hard at first,but it gets a lot better, have a good day!

Looking great girl. I have missed you so much! You should be so proud of yourself. Love you with the hoops in the ears. I see the collar bones sticking out. You are doing great. Keep in mind with the breat, that allot of times, they can not augment with out adding implants. So make sure you talk to them well, before you have this done. Alot of times they will deem that you need implants while you are knocked out, and can not say no! Be aware!

I'm also considering a breast lift because if i don't i will end up 'trippin & walking & on them ROTFL!! I really do not like my boobs...besides the bigger they are the more exspensive the bra. I don't have any problems with pain or sagging skin I just need to hit the track. You are looking fabulous darrrrlin. I am at 165, 5ft6.5. now that i look at your end picture we look the same size I can also get in a size 10! Congratulations!!!

Too much on th excess skin, if you try hard you can firm it up a bit with excersise. God Bless! Wish me luck I'm on a low carb journey! ;)
