In Japan, Meat sounds like Mega Man does in Mega Man 8.

Based on the nostalgia fandom (as in Kinnikuman 1), I think some Japanese viewers shed sad tears (and probably laughed) when they first saw King Muscle's true form after Kid Muscle tickled him to death. But for Americans, I guess they were like in mute as in "I don't get it." for a bit before they were like "Okay, let's get it on!"

In Japan, King Muscle was originally voiced by Kenshiro's voice actor.
