Casperfaust - I can understand your frustration, having an underpaying job does not help. While you may not be able to do much right now about the underpaying job you can set yourself up to move on. Create a resume and start searching. I wish you luck in finding an employer who values your contribution.

I'd be more impressed if this boss could manage to make a desktop video where the sound was at least slightly in sync with the picture.

when in doubt, blaim the employee for his bad attitude at underpaying jobs.
