actuaslly tobi, it was the police who never brought it up in court because the evidence was against them
the only mention of 'inciting a riot' comes from Mallo's unofficial statement on video. police say a lot of things when you are arrested, not all of it is accurate

'inciting a riot' was never charged. the only reason trollboy here mentions it is because the female cop said it on film. the only things Andrew faced in court were 'disturbing a school event' and 'resisting removal' the judge even laffed the 'resisting with violence' out of court

@makjj1234 That is nonsense. The cops know nothing about that. these are just local cops doing their job. Meyer was kicked out by student organizers for his behavior, given an undo chance to ask a question on his way out and chose to hog the mic and cause a scene instead of simply asking his question and walking out with the cops like he was supposed to. Who cares if he brings up stuff that has been talked about it best selling books and on both cable an network TV?

@tobiasrobbins72 Eh.. I was told the same thing by another user. When I made my ''comment'', I was slightly deluded against Kerry due to the fact that my country was feeding us the wrong.. information. I later realized the same thing. The cops were doing their job. Personally, I was shocked of the use of the tazer when they could use mace instead. Now, I agree that if he had been more compliant, his incident would not have happened.

@makjj1234 They can't use the spray. It's in a crowded room. The spray affects the by-standers. The drive stun option on the taser is the right and safest choice. It's not the same as the full taser. Volts aren't sent through his body. it just burns the hell out of the spot it is touching. They simply used it to make him let go of that chair. He kept screaming well after they stopped using it for dramatic effect.

@Rutterable He was NOt being arrested nor tased for asking questions! I wonder if the people saying that have even watchd the videos? He wasn't arrested until over a minute later and tased a minute after that, after SEVERAL warnings. They are being pretty lenient with him. He;s just being kicked out for breaking student rules then he fought the cops instead of walking out.

Meyer was kicked out of the privately run forum for breaking the forum rules. Meyer's admits this fact. He has no ill will toward the police and says they were just doing their job.
Many people are under the assumption that Meyer's rights were violated. This is not true. That's proven by the US Constitution. If you take a look you will see that in all of the thousands and thousands of posts left on videos of this incident no one, not a single person, can prove Meyer's rights were violated.
