I think the difference in the two scenes is that in the first scene, they were practically fully dressed and in the second, they were already down to their underwear - harder to leave in that instance.

Owen and Cristina had a lot of sex in one day! Owen basically screwed Cristina into submission in 6x13. That's why she ignores Teddy's page. He took a peice of her ware he had emotional power over her. In 6x10 he doesn't have that power over her yet. In 6x10 and previous work would have always come first no mattter what!
