Kids pageants, there are so many things wrong with the whole thing, which is why, so many people reacts like I.

@FairyDK Pageantry is a huge industry. Supply and demand is the core basis for any product and/or service to exist and grow. There is clearly a demand, and as long as there is one, there will be directors and vendors waiting to provide the supply. Personally I think there is nothing wrong with pageantry, there are whacko parents in all walks of life. Worst ones I ever saw were the LIttle League mommies and daddies. They would mock and taunt their own children from the bleachers.
"She won her first pageant when she was 8 months old." Well, when I was that age I still remember sleeping in my crib.
