@MegaTurnover - The real question is not "what" you practice" but "how much". The material a drummer chooses to practice is still a huge factor in defining his style, but speed only comes with time. Anyone can get to 250 bpm with any set of rudiments after a couple of years of hard work.

yo you blast just like me, very relaxed compared to many others. I see guys out there blasting, they have all their muscles tensed up and stiff when not using the FF technique. Wrists or FF it doesnt matter, one should still be relatively relaxed.
