they are in fact some of the reason why they sound good, look at many bands such as the grateful dead, jimi hendrix, the beatles, etc etc.

I doubt they could do too much, if anything because they seem too sharp-witted.

I vehemently disagree drugs are necessary to create! I'm an artist and I use nothing but my brain and materials.And my work is good. I really believe if one uses substances it's not their own ability.

They do take drugs, you find it in a radiohead website post some time ago. Ed or colin was talking about picking it up in Netherlands again. Drugs are fine as long as you dont abuse them and become addicted to them.
