If Sony came out with NBA 12 the inside I'd buy that. The MLB The Show game nail the environment and vibe of a game, if Sony really tried they could make The Inside compete with 2k in terms of quality and realism.

Man, I just rented this game from gamefly, and I had so many high hopes for it seeing as it seemed so much deeper than 2K & Live, but damn this game is terrible... The Life mode has all these stupid ass things you have to do to progress, and the gameplay is straight up ass. The worst B-ball game I have ever played. THE WORST. This has a different concept from 2k9 and Live, so you can't really compare them. The inside has the real life of a street baller turning into an NBA player, whereas Live 09 and 2k9 you just play the game of basketball with other features.

i dont think the graphics are terrible. they don't look realistic, but they're more than good enough to know what's happening and thats all that counts. i actually own this game and it is very fun. again, thats all that counts. although i have only played the demos for nba 09 and 2k9, from what i've experienced nba09 has the best gameplay by far.

I have this game and franchise is awesome! Btw, i tried MBA 2K9, thought it sucked, NBA Live 09, thought it was horrible, then tried NBA 09 The Inside and I loved it. Everyone says it sucks, but it doesn't, it is great but of course there is some flaws like in any game 8/10
