Dee is the worst character on the show, shes good but the others are much better. Its kind of like Elaine on Seinfeld, Elaine was cute and talented but just took time more time away from the more entertaining stars of the show.

So get over it, I know people who hate Dennis and Mac too but at the end of the day the show is what it is. If you like it, watch it, if you don't , don't. They're not gonna change it for you.

I wouldn't care if Mac and Frank fucked off outta the show. anyways, it wouldn't be a better show if it just pandered to men and had no female representation. You say that theyadded a main female character to the show for diversity as if it's a bad thing. she's a good character and has strong storylines & dialogue/delivery.
