I have seen the evidence and i believe this poor girl and her boyfriend were railroaded into an unfair verdict. It's a tragedy that Meredith had her life taken in this manner but all evidence confirms the guilt of only one man, Rudy Guede. I don't know why we're fighting about country loyalties, and which citizens are worse then others. It all comes down too a young woman losing her life, in a way that should of never happened, and at the end of the day somebody will get convicted of the murder, guilty or not, justice is being served. I don't believe any innocent person should serve time for a crime they didn't commit, but only they know if they had anything to do with it or not. Not us. There's no reason to argue that.
Amanda and raphielle probably used the cleaning supplies to clean both their fingerprints or dna so those liars wont be found guilty, and they left ruddi's dna prints so he can go to prison and be found guilty instead of them. You can't selectively clean up DNA, it is not possible.You cannot see fingerprints, unless the finger was extremely greasy, and you can't tell who's blood is who's on sight, and hair is hard to see, let alone pick up every single strand that would have been dropped Amanda and R wouldn't have been able to tell. Unless, they somehow managed to get blood testing equipment. Or if they spent hours picking up hair, and swabbing EVERYTHING clean.

They did find a lot of Amanda's DNA mixed with Meridith's, but they said it would be normal because they live in the same house. If she wasn't guilty she would not have changed her alibi so many times and put an innocent man in jail.

LOL if you believe the store owner's testimony. His staff didn't see Knox, nor did she buy anything. What does it prove, even if she was there? The alleged sighting was at least 8 hours after the murder.

@shaolinfingajab - Have you NOT being listening to News recently - the drug dealer has confessed to 5 inmates he made up that knox was there,there's no DNA of in the murder room scene - the actual knife is supposed to have at most 1 DNA and it is said that it is NOT THE murder weapon. SO your saying KNox is gulilty because she smiles probably at the court case. The problem is WHY would you believe the statement of a drug dealer that led to her being charged in the first time.HE's a DRUG DEALER.

@shaolinfingajab - well the appeal is happening - things take time - but it's doesn't make me wonder it the drug dealer didn't say knox was involved she wouldn't have been treated as a suspect. So if now the people he has confessed in jail - as in the appeal - prove to the court that he made these confessions - where are in the justice systems. It pretty messed - up who do you believe in life - the drug dealer, his confession, the police. The bra DNA was found 6 weeks later, was it Setup ?

@shaolinfingajab - No that fine, what I'm saying if you or I listen to the news we only hear certain items - so we can't male conclusions - but if one day you hear a A then B - the point is what makes you think your right . IF the evidence isn't there, then she's didn't do it as by law. You need evidence don't you. We know the guy who did do is in jail for 30 years. his DNA is there. The one thing that sticks out this case is her smiling on court, that's the part that people seems feed on.

I also look forward to the verdict of the appeal to see how much was presenting as fact and then proven to to be police guesswork. anyway sherlock Holmes would have sorted this by now, if he was real. Under a corrupt DA a lot of parents were accused of child molestation and they were innocent. Some evidence was actually hidden that could have set these people free. I have seen the evidence and i believe this poor girl and her boyfriend were railroaded into an unfair verdict. It's a tragedy that Meredith had her life taken in this manner but all evidence confirms the guilt of only one man, Rudy Guede. Because Amanda is pretty it led to a feeding frenzy in the press which unfairly demonized her. Throw in a corrupt prosecutor making wild accusations and you have an unjust verdict.

Amanda Knox was only convicted of this crime because of the mountain of evidence against her. I know her mother doesn't believe her daughter could be such a evil monster but the FACTS are all there for her to see . This interview annoys me , of course I wouldn't want to believe that my daughter could murder someone either, it would be a hard pill for any parent to swollow.
Yet if my daughter had been accused of murdering another human being, had a stack of evidence that said she killed another human being and was convicted of the crime I would be beyond disgusted with her . I don't know why we're fighting about country loyalties, and which citizens are worse then others. It all comes down too a young woman losing her life, in a way that should of never happened, and at the end of the day somebody will get convicted of the murder, guilty or not, justice is being served. I don't believe any innocent person should serve time for a crime they didn't commit, but only they know if they had anything to do with it or not. Not us. There's no reason to argue that.

Amanda and raphielle probably used the cleaning supplies to clean both their fingerprints or dna so those liars wont be found guilty, and they left ruddi's dna prints so he can go to prison and be found guilty instead of them. You can't selectively clean up DNA, it is not possible.You cannot see fingerprints, unless the finger was extremely greasy, and you can't tell who's blood is who's on sight, and hair is hard to see, let alone pick up every single strand that would have been dropped Amanda and R wouldn't have been able to tell. Unless, they somehow managed to get blood testing equipment. Or if they spent hours picking up hair, and swabbing EVERYTHING clean.

They did find a lot of Amanda's DNA mixed with Meridith's, but they said it would be normal because they live in the same house. If she wasn't guilty she would not have changed her alibi so many times and put an innocent man in jail.

why would she be doing cartwheels after her roommate's death?. It all adds up. On the night of Meredith's death she was at raphiellie's house getting high and having sex, then she went home to take a shower even though theres a sower at his house? then the next morning raphiellie and amanda were waiting outside of amandas apartment, both looking suprised that the police r hear? ALSO! a neighbor found their cellphones in her yard, and the police found cleaning stuff side of amanda's house?

@Tysia112 I do agree her behavior is a bit odd, but everyone deals with deaths differently. She may have just been avoiding the scenario, she may not have been friends with Ms. Kercher. But her behavior, the cleaning materials, the fact that she didn't take a shower at his place when he had a shower, the drugs, are all circumstantial. Just because she didn't want to take a shower at her boyfriends, just because there was a mop outside proves nothing. That isn't DNA, or fact.

@WarriorsxxFan but they do have a possible sollecito footprint match in the murder scene, and sollecitos DNA on the bra clasp, and a bloody footprint in bath not matching Guede... so that puts sollecito on the scene, who amanda claims she was with all night. if she was really with him then she would have been in the cottage that night... and, i think her dna was found mixed with merediths blood not only in the shared bathroom, but in filomenas room where the break in was staged along w/ footprin
