So I understand JR is really stepping out as an artist into his own individual style, but it is a bit wrong to assume that there will be less Christ involved, based solely on the fact that he doesn't say His name every other bar. As listeners, we should see deeper into the music to the real message. Yes music is a wonderful medium for ministry, but the REAL ministry happens in the life the artist lives, how they carry themselves, and how/what comes from their mouth.That is just my opinion =]

I read a article about JR a few days ago where he talks. About how. He used to just sleep. With girls and just throw them away he said in the article. That he regrets hurting them ( braking there hearts ) in the story. He really goes in to detail about. His past struggle with Sex addiction and the pain of not having his child with his wife but out of wedlock.

Because like all the other "boys," I didn't know the meaning of Love. But as a young Christian adult and single father, I'm seeking to know Christ in all His fullness, and God's Word, will and way for out lives is Love. To Love Him, to Love ourselves, and to Love our friends and enemies. May we all learn to Love as Christ loves us, without having to make foolish mistakes
We guys ought to be acting like men of God rather than little boys. We must serve Jesus with our whole hearts and do away with lustful desires. We can't live a lifestyle of a player and instead we should spend our life building our relationship with God so that we can be the best husbands and fathers we can be for our one wife we will spend the rest of our life with. Sin, especially sexual sin has negative consequences as it was shown at the end of this video.
um did i miss something, ididnt understand wat kind of love j.r was talking about. was it godly love or love between people, if it is between people why is j.r going around talking to different girls and whispering in the ears to me it makes him seem like he trying to be with these girls that he is talking to.i didnt really like this video because i didnt understand it, to me it looks like a regular secular music video. im just saying it didnt look like a christian music video
i am impressed!!! i can not really say anything more than this. videos and production/direction far exceeds many out now... this is on the level of mainstream music today. and God gets the glory!!
He is checking off the women on his list that he messed with in the past and apologizing for not really loving them.. The one he really wants has a crazy boyfriend and kills them both and as he's dying he realizes that fact about love.

@I007naruto The video seems to be of this guy that goes through girls checking them off the list not really bothered about their feelings more after his craving to satisfy at that moment. Then it finally catches up to him and he finds one with a very clingy and dangerous man. So the man goes nuts and kills them both. This is a very worldly extreme idea but could happen. And it was all because none of them knew what love truly is and without love you are on the road to destruction. My interpret

He chose to make a mend to all the hearts he offended in his pass. This is where it picks up from the jealous boyfriend. Which show that some seeds sown aren't always reaped in the way you may think. And it all starts with our ignorance, disregard or disrespect for the true essence of what LOVE is

For me it all goes together with Lecrae, Trip Lee, Andy Mineo, KB, Tedashii, etc. They are all saying this is something that happens if you pursue your own rather than pursuing God. Grace and Peace.
