Sadly the kids are the ones that are ultimately being punished, aside from not having a facility with suitable conditions they now know how the city & county leaders truly feel about them. Boys & Girls Clubs have a desire to inspire and impact the youth of the communities they serve. Boys & Girls Clubs are designed to serve ANY youth…not just the black ones. It will be truly hard for that County and City to convey the message to those children that such actions will not be tolerated and that they truly value the Boys & Girls Club program.

@billieinbama - 20 years ago in 1992, I did run but it was very difficult to win when even as a candidate your name was not on the ballott in your assigned voting booth.What's incredible even with a party Attorney confirming this fact along with the Commissioner in the other District's race also reporting the same though he was running unopposed. Not to mention June and his wife are very famous for their skills and expertise with Absentee Votes. Nothing was Done in 1992 !!!
