  • How is that the absortion has improved in these 10 years?

    Please explain

  • dont take it guys. u have no idea what it can cost u

  • @SilentLegesInterArma why you trollin allthe creatine vids.....senyou post this comment on a couple vids already

  • Creat-IN - Createen

  • i though this was a very well made video it explained the subject well and was very understandable. thank you and well done.

  • I got " MUSCLETECH CELL-TECH HARDCORE PRO SERIES"

AND it says in the label "serving: size 2 scoops (100g) 100g of what?? thats what i dont get ,,,, but the scoop is big like da ones in the protein shakes, cuz i dont wanna dieee!! thank . hope somebody answer my Question. thank you!

I DONT WANNA BE TAKING TO MUCH!! THANK YOU!

  • @chiquitoyou Lol what the fuck, you are supposed to take like 5g a day, not 100g.

  • Your body makes it's own creatine. If your body makes enough creatine already, you won't notice much improvement from taking extra.

  • an you take creatine but only do body exercises. for example pushups. because i dont have any weights. so could i like do alot of body excericises and still take creatine. would i still get the same results as if i were using weights.?????

  • crreatine = bad investment. Just buy meat. I did a cycle of creatine for about 4 months and made insane gains. Then as soon as I went off that stuff, pretty much all the gains went away and I actually went backwards for a couple weeks in my reps and weights.

  • "... increasing the amount of water in the cell of the muscle (will) increases your strength." That's funny -- and completely false! Fucking supplement salesmen are a bunch of lying liars.

  • omg

  • Hey guys, is it okey to mix BCAA powder with Glutamine powder?? wont it kill eahc others effect?? PLease let me know. Thank you!

  • creatiene. fail. CREATINE

  • should i take creatine pills or the powder and mix it with something??please answer!!***if powder what should i mix it with that will give me good results fast and safe

  • @Gdale32djs grab the purple k creatine pills

  • @Gdale32djs The pure creatine monohydrate crystals are still the best bang for the buck, in my opinion. I got a large tub of high quality crystals for around $20 Canadian, and there's over 200 5g servings in the tub. Taking into account when I cycle off it (I like to go off it every few months, just to give my kidneys a break) that will last nearly a year. The bottles of pills last about a month and cost about the same per bottle as the year tub of crystals.

  • bull, there is no difference, its just different marketing because everyone is making creatine so they have to repackage it and rehype it!

  • ...Cheap creatine can be bad,...it's not unhealthy,...use it instead of steroids. You speak about it like it was the source of life! Ok your body produces it also, but if you take extra creatine, it's an overdose and it causes side effects. Even steroids are produced by your body and you know what kind of side effects it can cause if you start making your natural level rise. Go out and do some sports instead!

  • use creatine not steriods!!! XP

  • wb protine? wat can it do to u ?

  • can a 12 year old use this creatine?

  • @chikoisbrown yes, no problema, creatine is a natural suplements your body produ creatine a natural form yours eat... sorry for my english... jajaj

  • @chikoisbrown I would a few years before getting in the supplement game. Let your body develop on its own first. You should be good with a protein shake.

  • how old do u have to be to take this

  • @Flamingcobra98 i don't think there's an age. im 15 using it.

  • @BRin722 - have you had any problems?, cause i wanna get bigger muscle, but i dont wanna ruin my football season.

  • @17swag17 uhhh...no problems so far at all. i have a few friends taking it too, all around my age, and they've had no problems. but ive only been on it for like two weeks now, and i didn't do the loading phase. but i think you should be fine as long as you drink a lot of water and cycle it.

  • @BRin722 u shudnt even be lifting weights at 15 let alone taking creatine.

  • @HEYIMATANK I shouldn't be lifting weights at 15??

  • @BRin722 well i shud have wrote it different. You can lift weights at 15 but go very light. You really want to weight until ur growth plates are finished because you dont want to have your growth plates close before your done growing. I prob wud be an inch or so taller if I hadnt of started so early. Do you play any sports?

  • @HEYIMATANK alright...that's fair. and ya, football and wrestling.

  • @BRin722 true, those sports are kinda hard to both play bc you try to bulk up for football and cut down for wrestling. If you want to put on weight for football u should go with cell tech , you will throw on mad weight real quick and it will help ur strength. On top of that a protein shake after ur work out.

  • @HEYIMATANK yup, celltec's what i was using. and i normally just try to eat a lot of high protein foods cuz im not on a shake right now haha.

  • Muscletech is a ripoff and it's all hype in fancy packaging. You can make this yourself for half the price and loads more servings....All you need is to buy a tub of Creapure (Pure German creatine monohydrate) it costs roughly £15-20 for a 1kg tub if you look about! And a bag of Dextrose sugar which costs hardly anything.

Creapure & Dextrose is all this is with a few added bits of junk which is useless.

Don't buy into the hype, i am telling you honestly to save you £!

  • im thinking of getting some creatine. but im not sure what to get... creatine ethyl ester or monohydrate? im 16 in around 6ft1 and im slash ecto/meso. this is my first time using creatine. i also wanted to know is it the more expensive the creatine the better it is? ive been told the price makes no diffrent

  • @RMSC1994 i would say either go with kre alkalyn or storm by universal or possibly green mag from controlled labs. or if your poor and dont mind water bloating then go with mono. but the ones that i mentioned are the elite products and any one who isnt a dumbass would agree with me

  • i don't want to argue but to be honest none of bodybuilding supplements are safe they all can mess you up later in life the bad side effects will show up later

  • @danyal24life thats what i believe as well.

  • as long as u drink around 4 - 6 liters of water a day and dont take more than 5 - 10 grams on creatine u SHOULD be fine but yh less than liters of water fucks kidneys and liver up bad and ur body stops making it by its self

  • This dumb fuck doesn't even know how to pronounce the word right. The letter E is at the end of the word for a reason....to fucking pronounce it you dumbass.

  • they also left out age group, its 18+ to take it

  • whats the best kind of creatine..... i was thinking of swiching to either cellmass or size on let me know what u guys think

  • get the basic powder. try to get the ones that are purely creatine without other "special" ingredients.

  • creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate, it makes no difference what label you put on the tub. buy the cheapest

  • @DanReborn DO NOT buy the cheapest. buy it for normal price. the cheap could be bad for health!

  • Is Creatine dangerous to take?

  • @LuckyGuu

not as long as you drink a good amout of water... not like over the top thats bad too.

but it works( i would say the powder better because your mixing it with like 12 ounces of water) and then drinking like 8 after... but when you stop.... you lose alot..

but all in all i would say as long as your smart with it no

  • Yeah. I want to take it but it gives you kidney and liver disease.

  • thanks for the warning! if it gives you kidney and liver disease, why is it on the market? are BBers that desperate???

  • Its only on the market because its legal. But after a while you get kidney and liver failure. If you want my advice just eat steak for creatine. A nutritionist told me its found in steak but harmless. The stuff you buy over the counter is more creatine but dangerous.

  • @LuckyGuu creatine is in all meats and natural occurs in the body how does it give you liver problems?? Alcohol on the other hand will mess up you liver and kidneys and is on the market.

  • Easy, the amounts of creatine found in meats, are tiny compared to the dose you get with these supplements.

  • @Plumfire2 @Plumfire2 Alcohol is actually good for you. It prevents heart disease, it helps pass kindey stones faster, it will let you have a better memory when you get old. Listen closely, if you abuse alcohol it's bad for you right? So if you abuse creatine and take to much (like alcohol) or if you don't drink certain ammounts of water you will get kidney stones, right?. They both are good products if they are taken with cations and certain limits.

  • @Plumfire2 Because supplements are concentrated forms of creatine to a degree far exceeding what you could would get from normal body production and high protein foods. Taken responsibly a healthy adult shouldn't have any issues, but overuse can cause problems for your liver and kidneys.

  • @Plumfire2 because when its in a pure powder or supplement form is has to go through the kidneys and liver in a different way that through food. its a more concentrated form in supplement form which gives it a little more acid form.

  • @Plumfire2 okai dip shit if you eat meat to much you will get sick

  • @niggahigga123able that doesn't make it bad for your liver, and thats a ton of meat if you're getting sick. Educate yourself

  • @Plumfire2 well when you eat meat you are also taking in other products. Its kind of like drinking apple juice and eating an apple. Drinking apple juice spikes up ur insulin because its pure sugar from the apple, but when you eat an apple you are also taking in the fibers to regulate the sugar intake. Taking creatine straight has to be filtered through your liver and also comes in with a higher dosage when taking it straight. Taking too much will cause liver problems.

  • @Plumfire2 slap anybody who says creatine will affect your heart or liver , Go on M and F RAW and doctor jim staponi will tell you its safe

  • Yeh, the FDA NEVER screws up.

  • Prove me. Lots of researchs have been done and no one conclude that creatine may damage your liver or kidney. But if you're taking an overdosage, it can be dangerous. Take the recomended dosage (about 3mg per day) and you might be fine.

  • wow ur such a dumbass! creatine is not dangerous at all

  • You dont know shit about it!!

  • is apple juice a good thing to take creatine with... if not what is and please dont say grape cuz i just got some and it has citris which is bad with creatine

  • is it good to use creatine with apple juice... because i bought some grape juice and it has citris in it so im ganna try apple if thats ok

  • take it with sweetened kool-aid or a sports drink with a lot of sugar.

  • I'm just about to start using creatine and i wanted to know how long will it take to see results? And is "Creakic" a great brand of creatine?

  • ha...creatine in a nutshell, if only it were that simple.

  • if you know what im talking about ..... REAL gear is hard to come by these days ..... and finding a good source is even harder .... be stupid and buy gear off anyone .. you can end up with a vial filled with kitchen oil

  • i know ever all good sources dried up here in houston they had major bust. this fu@king sucks forgot what it was like to workout clean.

  • I stock piled all the good PH back in the ban of 02 and 04, had to do it again this week when the FDA started sending out letters to companies about their products. I have sources for the real gear, but sometimes it can be such a hassle.

  • yeah im 16. i took cell tech for awhile. but i realized you shouldnt take this stuff its a waste of money... If you want to get big in a healthy way. BUY A SHIT LOAD OF CHICKEN AND WHOLE GRAIN RICE and some whey. KILIAK81 is right. oh yeah and drink water your muscels are like 75 80% of it.

  • @quadboy114 yeah man pretty much all muscletech product is overpriced and overkill...

  • @quadboy114 yeah because cell tech is shit! a lot of garbage in it! buying 100% pure micronized creatine monohydrate is wayyy better and drinking it with orange juice or mixing it with dextrose!

  • @quadboy114 I mean grape juice not orange juice

  • Problem with creatine, i took it for years, it puffs u up a little in the first weeks then comes to a stop in which you will not see any more noticeable gains. Some people like myself used to cycle it and still theres not much of a benefit because when u go off you loose the excess water then gain it again. Bottom line creatine is throwing your money down the toilet if u compare benefit with amount spent.

  • Creatine doesn't stop workin.. i took it for like 2 months straight and never stop seeing results.. Maybe your muscle are gettin used to the workouts you do.. Its called "muscle memory" but i dont know it does affect different people in different ways..

  • Could help u for 2 months but try using it for years. I guarantee a plateau not even switching your routine weekly will help. This is a selling video, what u really need is a multivitamin because its impossible to get every vitamin and mineral from diet. Without every vitamin and mineral you wont grow mass, they keep every building block active. Some whey protein is also essential for me at 230 Lbs its impossible to eat 230 g of protein daily.

  • Creatine is found in red meats, if u eat plenty of steaks your body is already rich in creatine. Creatine monohydrate has been proven to work just about the same as creatine ethyl ester. You can read studies at Pubmed, they post scientific studies with no marketing or affiliation to anyone. I hope this will help.

  • the dude on the right doesnt know shit

  • i mix 5g creatine with black coffee 30 minutes before a workout and i have so much energy!! then after my workout I take 5g more in my protein shake. I get plenty of water too, about 6-7 bottles a day.

  • that's just not a good idea. creatine acts like a sponge. drawing water away from the body and into the stomach if it's not fully disolved in the fluid you take it with, which will cause dehydration. coffee, a diaretic, will cause dehydration. not ideal for a gym situation.

another thing, a 200lb man only really needs to supplement about 2g a day, provided hey aren't idiots and taken the vegetarian life style!

  • How long is your creatine cycle? I want to take it the same way for 3 months. Now I take 2 times a day 5g.

  • 2 months on, 1 month off. i don't take 10g anymore though, just 5g after workout. that's really all you need. any more and it's not safe for your liver.

  • I am researching a bit, but this issue is so controversial. Your cycle sounds good for me. I am also thinking about trying tribulus or taking NoX during the off-month.

I was also thinking, that 10g may be too much although it is recommended on my package.

There is a German company which says you can do a cycle of 3-6 months. And normal such comps are always get the safer way.

I will try the same cycle as you do, it seems to be a good compromise. Don't want to get ill.

    Thx, cu.

  • i tried it once... works wonder.... but seriously i dunno hw stable creatine is in hot coffee... cz it mite turn into creatinine

  • It's proved that there is no long term neither short term side effects from creatine

  • i dont know if i should take creatine.. coz i heard that there are BAD Side effects from it.. is it true? please help me look at my video to see how big i am and please reply to what you think.... I Should, or Should not Take Creatine THANK YOU!

    Im soo confused :(

  • you can take it, but don't take it long term because it is bad for your liver. take creatine in monthly cycles. one month you take it the other you don't

  • not bad for your liver, your thinking of alcohol, silly sally

  • take it if you are serious about working out. it's probably one of the best legal supplements. just get plain monohydrate. don't fall for all the marketing bullshit like celltech and the rest. don't load at 20 grams like they say, it stresses the kidneys. guys take crazy amounts of the stuff and that's when problems happen. 0.03 grams creatine per kilogram bodyweight. taking 3-5 grams per day from day 1 is the way to go.drink lots of water too, guys who get side effects don't drink enough water

  • yea i took it 3-5 grams a day for a month and i drank lots of water and no noticeable side effects at all so my guess is most of the side effects are from ppl taking it without drinking plenty of water

  • take it, take it 6-7 times per day. Besides, creatine is in everything you eat, its made by the muscles in your own body anyways, TAKE IT!!!

  • i have talked to some people and The only thing that i can think of is that there is like 80grams of sugar in my creatine shake, and the insulin spike that is caused in my body can release hormones. Along with the higher intensity workouts i have been doing, its could be the cause of some acne. I am still a teenager so my hormones are still raging to?

  • I just take Creatine Monohydrate by GNC Pro Performance (Fruit Punch) with Water...Says 0g's of sugar on labell...but still tastes good.

  • DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE CREATINE IN CYCLES?

  • yes, once you finish your suplpy be it a bottle or tub or whatever, simply take a week off and that will be suffice. Alternatively if you are having it all the time try 3 weeks on, 1 week off

  • someone with knowledge help me. I know alot about anabolics and steroids, bec ause i live with users and have been around it forever. But I am all natural. My problem is that everytime I take celltech stacked with superpump250, i notice acne on my back shoulders and arms. Besides this, i swear i put on muscle and lose fat, while my veins are more permanantly visisble in my upper chest and throughout. Is this NORMAL for just a creatine and superpump250 stack?? and wats with the acne?

  • of course ur veins will be mor e visible especially when ur workout because of the superpump250 or specifically the NO. It widens ur blood vessels. About the acne that is weird b/c cratine and sp dont increase testrone like steroids do. thats why steroids users have horrible acne i say talk to a dermatologist about it.

  • dam that guys a midget ! what a waste of time this video was i want my 1 min back u fag

  • Cre-a-TEEN.....

  • I'm not a doctor (I'm a nurse, actually), but if you mess around with ATP production, doesn't that leave you at a greater risk of cancer??...I'm just asking

  • yes, and when i cook popcorn i am going to get cancer from looking at the microwave..... Its a bunch of bullshit.

  • knowledge about the causes of cancer are tenative; yet whats accepted in the medical field is that its related to oxygen consumption. If oxygen is not converted to ATP it can be left as a dngerous free radical, causing damaging chain reactions....all I was saying was, that with our knowledge being tentative about the causes of cancer, is it wise to mess around with ATP production??

  • Is it wise for 95% of americans to eat mcdonalds atleast twice a week?

  • how? atp is energy we use up to power our body functions.we need atp especially when going through high intesinty excerise because we need to replace them when broken down. People who need the most atp are athletes who train hard everyday. Doctors prescribe medication for patient like people who have heart disease so they can increase there atp. I think ur thinking of something else

  • dont take supplementu ntril youre 18/21. or dont take them peroid

  • is there any terrible side effects to creatine please responde because i am only 15 years old and i would like to know thank you

  • creatine is ok as a supplement but why does it makes you urinate like crazy?

  • because it stores water in your muscles rather than being used for piss, so you become naturally more thirsty (so you drink more water), thus making more piss.

  • HAHAHAHAHA

  • say if you cycle 2 months on, 1 month off then 2 months on again do you lose ALL that weight you gained during those first two months during your month off or will it only slightly diminish?

  • slightly as water weight

  • whats the name of the song at the beginning?? pls

  • creatine will make ur muslces larger and fuller due to water absorbtion, so u will bigger than you are strong. which is totally fine... im just saying

  • i totally disagree, and u have maybe seen som elike that but i went from 275lb bench to 440lbs and 180lbs body weight to 218...with a 375lb incline and 405decline..not to mention i didnt fatique easily...i guess it will effect us all differently but i tell everyone cell tech WORKS!MONOHYDRATE is the shit....this took me 18 months by the way.....

  • are you still takin it and do you cycle? cuz im wonderin if you lose all the weight once you stop takin it.

  • you lose some water but thats when ur muscle will grow to the size the water was at. thats kinda what the cycle is

  • ?? i dont get it!

  • can i take creatine with milk in the morning?? please answer

  • yes

What I do is I mix it into my protein shake before my workout and in another protein shake after my workout.

  • have 5mls on creatine with a cup of water before u train. even while u train if u feel u need it. not with milk or at random times. before u train!

  • thanks =)

  • Why not with milk?

  • WTF! CREATIN!?

  • Blue pants, black shirt.

I didnt hear a word he said.

  • It's a phosphate carrier. Creatine increases availability of ATP - the main energy source muscles use for power, so that you can perform more reps/sets consequently gaining more muscle mass.

  • Creatine also increases water storage in muscles in order to maintain homeostasis. This results in more fuller muscles, during the initial phase this muscle mass is mostly due to water as the body adjusts to use of Creatine. Later on the muscles build up to maintain this equilibrium and a 2-5 pound muscle gain can be expected among first time users. Going on overdose will have negative impact as your liver will be overloaded.

  • 2-5 lbs in what time frame?

  • Why is there a warning on the labels stating creatine may cause liver or/and kidney damage.

  • Drink plenty of water and dont worry about it!

  • The only thing that holds me up is two questions nobody can answer...: DOES CREATINE MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT? DOES IT BURN FAT?

I am dieting correctly and yes I have an exercise routine. But I have the frame an build I want but I do not want to gain anymore weight as far as fat. I do not want to take this if it will just build on top of fat.

  • Creatine keeps the water in your body.

  • Creatine causes muscle cells to take in water, which increases your weight in general. Perhaps newer creatine ethyl ester doesn't do this as much as creatine monohydrate. Also, the whole point of creatine is to add more energy, so you can get those couple extra reps in and hence build up muscle that way in addition to the water weight.

  • I don't use creatine..try it if you want, I follow a strict bb diet:eat 6-7 times/day, eat oatmeal, skinless chicken breasts, egg whites/some egg yokes, salmon/tuna,brown rice, fruits/veges, sweet potatoes. I do use amino acids, NO products, whey protein and a natural testosterone supp: work out 2 days on/1 day off. I am growing like a beast

  • why skinless chicken?

  • skinless chicken..because the skin is fatty and I don't want to add more fat..you could just remove the skin, but I find it easier to just buy skinless chicken

  • true cool thx and how do you get amino acids?

  • I buy amino acids, mostly BCAA (branch chain amino acids) online or you can get them at a health food store, you can get them either in powers or capsules form. I take 4 capsules about 15 minutes prior to working out, then after the workout, I take 4 more amino acid capsules...They help reduce muscle soreness, and help to build muscles from breakdown during and after a workout

  • cool thx bro!

  • its basically just broken down protein for higher synthesis.

  • there in just about all protein powders anyway!

  • yes you will grow like a beast but you will eenyually hit a limit, then create can help push you even further.

  • if i take creatine will i get fat? i have never used it so i dont know.

  • you wont get fat, but some people say they get bloated from water retention it depends from person to person if they retain water or not.

  • no u wont it contains very little calories the creatine i take contains 20 cal. per serving witch is 1 serving a day

  • ea its safe im 15 but im 250 and about 6'3 so i gained 30 pounds since last season in football so i think it works pretty damn good

  • Man you are so ripped, especially for a 15 yr old

  • THIS IS A DRUG!!!!

  • well kind'a but it ain't dangerus and it works good

  • whats the youngest age most likely to be used im 15 i use it for work outs in football but my lil bro wants to use it and hes 13 is he aight? just wanna be safe

  • probly not dude

im 14 i work out alot

the only safe thing to take until your like 16 is whey protein. thats what i take

if he wants some stuff to help him gain some muscle get some protein bars and go get some body fortress super advanced whey protein at walmart. its like 10 bucks i think.mix that with milk, eat an apple and some peanut butter and that would be great.

thats all you needd for now.

you and your brother are both still growing and taking something like creating might be bad

  • aight ill tell him thanks bro..

  • 16 and 150, using it now for football

  • i am about 145 lbs and im 16 so is this stuff safe for me??

  • Yes it is safe, it's is alot of foods. Lentils, steak etc. I recommend using ''CREAPURE'' It's creatine but pure & unlike other creatine powders it wont give you the shits & make you feel bloated. It's around £15 for 500grams.

  • im 16 to and 145 aswell i was think same thing

  • yea it is im 140 and 15 yrs old and i use it

  • light people! :P

I was 212 two days ago and im 215 now. CREAPURE is really good and EXTREMELY cheap. Just make sure you use the right combination of dosages and actually work out.. No supplement will work if you dont actually move your ass.

    Im 16 Btw

  • i just bought mass XXX and creatine monohydrate!!!

cant spell!!! ahaha shit cost me $70

  • i got that same shit (mass xxx and getting creatine soon!)

  • Damn, I want that stuff!

  • then as soon as you stop u lose alot of it again.....

  • using creatine is cheating, be a man and do it the real way.

  • how is it cheating? perfectly legal supp and it's one of the best for athletes and bodybuilders.

  • yea i know its good for atheletes and its legal and all that. But i think that its just something ur adding to ur body, using it more than needed (since it comes mainly from meat and fish). i think that if u eat right, work out often, and have determination, u dont need anything "extra."....i just like doin it on my own i guess.

  • creatine does nothing to enhance your body or strength..neither do any of the other supplements out there..stop wasting your money and stop believing all the adds in the magazines son...

  • it does enhance your strength because it allows you to push out more reps. go search creatine on pubmed before you spout ignorant BS

  • did you read that in musclemag of flex magazine???...lol...all the skinny guys at my gym swear by creatine...welcome to the club sucker...save your money and spend it on food...i've been traing for 25 years and have found that supplements do nothing to enhance your build..they only empty your wallet...

  • Dude your wrong, go read a research journal. plenty of studies done on supps.

  • dude your 22 years old...take a look at my profile picture and then take a look at yours..lol..hell take a look at the guy in this video..lol..i've competed useing supplements and competed using no supplements whatso ever...no difference in my build at all..stop believing everything you read in flex and ironman magazine...

  • I dont learn anything from magazines...im a kinesiology major I actually have to know this stuff. It depends on the product and company for results, some companies are more reliable than others. and i dont have a profile pic up and being 5'7'' 175lbs 8 %BF is not bad for a 22yo.

  • being a kinesiology major than whats your opinion on cybergenics and inosine and symlax??? all the crap supplements they sold back in the 80's when I was younger...the only advancements in supplements the last 20 years is the marketing they use to sell them...do you realize every bodybuilding magazine has their own supplement company??? come on now get with the program guy???
