what a joke, making excuses for the quantities as if saying that different each time can be restaurant style butter chicken. I can guarantee if it wasn't the very same the next time I went there, I'd never go back to that restaurant. And no, I don't need to go to another web site to search for the recipe, it was supposed to be right here. ridiculous to the extreme. Also, turn the music down, we didn't come to hear that ok?
heyy guys they aren't giving the exact tablespoons or whatever because that's indian cooking. you add in as much of any spice you would like. i know when my mom makes butter chicken, it's always a little different each time (in a good way) because sometimes she'll add a little bit more chili powder or salt. that's why indian food is so hard to make! :)
Look how much she tasted at the end the skinny bitch. She was afraid to eat more than a quarter of a teaspoon!! 1 teaspoon of that shit has about 20 000 calories :-D
Does this taste like restaurant butter chicken? I must have tried 15 different recipes and i can't get it to taste as good :( maybe its the tomato puree i'm using? Help :(
@ladydeath11 Try frying the garlic, ginger and onion with REAL tomatoes then puree the whole lot in a blender. Strain back into the pan, add chicken, cream, yoghurt, garam masala and fresh coriander (cilantro). Cook until heated through and then serve. Hope this helps.
Thank you sooooo much! I just tried this recipe right now and guys whoever reads this message please please please...follow this exact recipe I guarantee you do it this way it is Authentic butter chicken! O my god I am going to make this everyday!
@farmvillecropsecrets its optional. I for one would never add it, but it's no reason to miss out on this fantastic recipe. It's as simple as not adding the food color.
if you want the recepie then go to foodnetworkcanada website, like i did.You just type in Saraha Restuarant's Butter Chicken and then you can print it out.Im moving into my new flat next week and this one of the first things i making!!!
Fantastic, any one who knows food wont need the exact recipe, as for the food dye, what's wrong with a few crushed cochineal beetles, its all food, Thank you for the restaurant style way I will try this at work.
