Really enjoyed your video/slide show. But then I'm a sucker for John Denver because Rocky Mtn High was popular on the radio one of the summers my family went car camping out west. Now, go out just about every summer to help work on the CT.
I enjoyed every person we met on the trail - we shared some food, and some laughs during our short introductions before going our separate ways. The Colorado Trail Foundation has kept this trail immaculate! I have found a better source for food and I will take it on my next trip.
Nice slide show. I hiked Segment 10 along with side trips up Massive and Elbert in June of 2010. Hope to see you all out there some time. My plan is to hike the entire trail this summer.
Headed back again Mid July 2011. This time it's Section 10. Got free airfare by getting a Frontier Airlines credit card.
